The Governing Body of this school recognises the valuable contribution that a wide range of additional activities and experiences can make towards a child’s personal and social development. We aim to promote and provide such activities both as part of a broad and balanced curriculum for pupils of the school and as additional optional activities.
The Governing Body therefore reserves the right of the school to ask for a voluntary contribution towards the cost of ingredients and materials for design technology and a contribution towards the price of any extra curricular activities that may be included in the school year. Where any parent is experiencing genuine hardship the Governing Body will ensure that the pupil will not be excluded form an activity because of cost.
The Governing Body reserves the right to charge for any damage or loss to school property. This will be charged directly to parents of child responsible.
