Pupil Premium

Since April 2011 money has been designated to schools to support children from low income families who are eligible for free school meals.

In 2018/19 it is anticipated Suffield Park Infant and Nursery will receive £30,479 of pupil premium funding.

Analysis of the school and nursery data and information from parents, children and staff has identified several areas where children receiving this funding could benefit. These include:

  • Reading and writing
  • Removal of financial barriers to learning ¬†within school life
  • Opportunities for new experiences and to try new activities
  • Emotional support
